I’m gonna laugh if she’s Vriska in different clothing the entire time everyone was wondering, “who is this person?!” Same horns, and her eyes are whited out suggesting she’s dead, which Vriska currently is.
It’s not unlikely that this is just Vriska, but we should also keep in mind what the pre-scratch Troll universe was like: Peaceful, prosperous, good. This girl looks a lot less… harsh than Vriska, so she may be pre-scratch Vriska, or pre-scratch Mindfang.
